Sam has worked as a Landscaper, Operator and Supervisor on several different projects, on residential, commercial and government projects, ranging in value from $10,000 to $2m.
Some of his responsibilities on a daily basis include operating machinery, as skid steers and excavators; supervision of up to 30 landscapers and sub-contractors, coordinating drawings, submission, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and certification of the works; and Work Health and Safety matters.
Sam is fully licensed, proactive and has extensive experience to execute activities related to installation of plants, soil, mulch, and turf; excavation and soiling; drainage and irrigation; edgings installation; retaining wall construction; decking and handrails installation; and plenty of others related to landscaping and retaining.
Some of his cards include a current HR licence, SOA in skid Steer and Excavation Operations, Certificate of Participation in Manual Handling, Waste Management Awareness, Slips Trips and Falls, UV and Heat Awareness, General OHS Construction White Cards, a Rail Worker Card and a undertaken Training in Team Leadership.
Sam is our main face to our Clients. Friendly, courteous and super professional, he is competent, hard worker, very respectful and thinks not just about the deliveries, but also about your peace of mind. He is communicative, creative and responsive to any questions or different ideas and always obtains fantastic results, being a great partnership to deal with also during the process.

Luke has over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry as a business owner, Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.
From his Construction Degree at the University of Technology, in Sydney, plus lots of investments in complementary education, all of them related to the construction industry, his trajectory involved organisations like UNSW, The Star Casino, Shangri-La Hotel, Urbanest Student Accommodation and Wentworthville Leagues Club.
Luke is a young Australian entrepreneur who excels at stakeholder communication, engagement and management along with achieving design outcomes to scope and budget. He also has extensive experience as head contractor procurement and administration. He is especially strong in the financial management of projects, having previously been a Quantity Surveyor with Rider Levett Bucknall for about 10 years.
He is a highly motivated, multi-skilled and value-driven Construction Industry professional with experience working across commercially successful and multi-faceted projects.
You can see Luke working as a Director or a Labour, and you will notice that he will be the same, always giving his best, working with the same attitude and professionalism, focused on the project goals and treating everyone as unique!

Kevin Henson
From his Construction Management, Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics Degree, Kevin has more than 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, in Australia and UK.
Kevin has worked for different companies, on several project types, as commercial, industrial, residential and government demands, liaising with personnel across all levels. Currently still active in the Sydney market, as a construction cost consultant team leader, Kevin has been involved on several large projects, for a variety of sectors, with project costs ranging between $350m to $680m.
His expertise includes cost planning, cost management and contract administration, with special emphasis on Health, Sports & Recreation and Heritage Buildings.
Fully competent professional, with strong technical and interpersonal skills, Kevin is super creative and has a clear and logical mind, ensuring that he can successfully and promptly reply to urgent demands, support decision making processes, manage projects and contribute to the partners business goals, in a positive and a productive work environment.
Complementing all his professional qualification, Kevin is also friendly, humble, funny and always keen to help. We are truly glad to have this mature professional and contributive person by our side.
